About Julie

Real Estate has been in Julie’s blood since the early 80’s where she worked for top agents in the Greater Salt Lake City area. She got licensed while training with these agents and then life took her off to experience Southern California with her new husband. Buying and selling much of their own real estate over decades of marriage, Julie and her husband acquired over 25 rental properties that they managed and later sold. During this time, Julie acquired investors whom she built spec homes with and sold for a great ROI. In the early 2000’s, she and her husband also oversaw the general contracting on their own custom home build. She loves design and decor as well as taking a structure in the rough and giving it new life with a facelift of love.

Julie is a born and raised native to Utah, living here amongst the mountains all but 15 years of her life. The mountains have always been her favorite place to be. She loves to gather and home is her favorite place to host a gathering. Whether a family celebration, holidays or quiet evenings with some girlfriends, home is the place and her heart feels best when in her home. She believes everyone needs a place to call home.

Julie serves on the TMMA HOA Board in Utah County as well as serving on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Education Committee for two years. She’s also earned her ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Rep) and her AHWD (At Home with Diversity) designation. She serves regularly in her religious community as well as her neighborhood community.
